We were totally pleased with our technician named Moises. He texted me well in advance to let me know when he would be arriving, then he was right there, if not a little bit early, which I didn’t mind at all. Moises introduced himself and was very professional and explained everything that he would be doing in terms we would understand. He also answered any questions we had for him thoroughly so that we were well informed about everything he was doing or changing out.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and not too pushy. Only had the system for a few days now but satisfied with the purchase overall.

Had a free doorbell and thermostat install due to energy company and ended up getting the whole security system. Tech that came out was very helpful answering all of my questions and installed all the equipment fast. Happy with the service provided and glad that the tech took the time to show us how to be proficient in the app before he left making sure we weren't left with any questions.

Technician was great, very knowledgeable and professional. He gave some great advice and partnered with me on the decision making.

My installation tech, Brian was amazing! He was efficient, thorough, and informative. Based on him, I would highly recommend Vivint to my friends, and neighbors!

Our installation tech, Isaac, was amazing! He listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need. He was thorough and made sure to answer all of our questions, and leave his contact info for any future questions we might have. Overall super impressed and happy with the results!

So far Vivint has been the best security company I've worked with. Sure it's a little pricey but you pay for quality and they try to work with you as much as possible.
